Lo staff didattico effettuerà una valutazione degli iscritti: agli studenti ritenuti idonei verrà data l’opportunità di una audizione conoscitiva con il M° ERNESTO PALACIO (Sovrintendente del Rossini Opera Festival e dell’Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” di Pesaro) il giorno 27 Dicembre 2022.
REGOLAMENTO
ART 1. A CHI SI RIVOLGE
● La Masterclass è aperta a studenti di canto e professionisti italiani e stranieri, limite d’età 40 anni.
● Masterclass è aperta a tutte tutti i registri vocali.
● Gli allievi si distinguono in:
– Effettivi: 9 posti disponibili.
– Uditori: potranno assistere alle lezioni senza potervi partecipare attivamente; hanno facoltà di porre domande tra una lezione e l’altra.
ART 2. SPECIFICHE
Le lezioni si svolgeranno dal 28 Novembre al 2 Dicembre 2022.
● Ogni allievo ha diritto ad una lezione giornaliera. A discrezione del Docente, le lezioni potranno essere gestite in modo da permettere lo studio dei brani d’insieme, secondo un “ordine del giorno” che verrà comunicato quotidianamente.
● Gli allievi devono essere presenti per l’intero giorno e tutti i giorni, pena la non emissione dell’attestato e ammissione al concerto.
ART. 3 PROGRAMMA MUSICALE
● La Masterclass prevede unicamente lo studio dell’opera “La Cenerentola” di G. Rossini
● I candidati devono conoscere il loro ruolo, per intero, a memoria.
● Obbligo dei recitativi che precedono arie, duetti e insiemi.
NB La Masterclass vuole dunque approfondire anche “l’arte del recitativo”, dove la parola è più importante del canto.
● Il primo giorno, in base alle voci, potranno essere assegnati pezzi d’insieme.
ART. 4 COSTI
● Effettivi: € 200,00 Iscrizione, € 420,00 Frequenza *
● Uditori: € 100,00 Iscrizione, € 120,00 Frequenza
* (Per chi si iscrive a tutte e 3 le Masterclass del Ciclo “Grandi Maestri del Belcanto”, il costo complessivo di ciascuna Masterclass è di 590 € anziché 620 €).
ART. 5 MODALITA’ DI PAGAMENTO
● Presso la segreteria OttavaNota aperta tutti i giorni feriali dalle ore 15,00 alle ore 19,00 in contanti, carta di credito, bancomat, assegno o satispay, oppure bonifico bancario (indicando nome, cognome e Masterclass cui si vuole partecipare) all’ordine di:

ART. 6 ISCRIZIONE
● Le iscrizioni sono aperte e chiuderanno il 10 Novembre 2022.
● Qualora le richieste fossero superiori al numero massimo stabilito, sarà effettuata una selezione in base ai materiali audio/video inviati.
● Documenti da allegare alla domanda di iscrizione da inviare a info@cantoalato.it

3. Curriculum comprendente l’eventuale attività didattica e/o concertistica

● Entro l’11 Novembre a tutti gli iscritti verrà comunicato l’elenco degli allievi ammessi.
● Entro due giorni dalla comunicazione, deve essere effettuato il versamento della quota di iscrizione e inviata la ricevuta di pagamento a:

● La quota di frequenza deve essere pagata il giorno d’inizio della Masterclass, presso la segreteria di OttavaNota aperta tutti i giorni feriali dalle ore 15,00 alle ore 19,00 in contanti, carta di credito, bancomat, assegno o satispay, oppure bonifico bancario.
ART. 7 REGOLE INDEROGABILI
● Le quote versate (iscrizione e/o frequenza) non saranno restituite, anche parzialmente, nel caso di rinuncia da parte dell’allievo.
● Nel caso in cui non vi fossero le condizioni idonee all’avvio della Masterclass, la quota pagata per l’iscrizione e/o frequenza verrà restituita.
● OttavaNota e Accademia Cantoalato non si ritengono responsabili dell’eventuale sospensione delle attività per motivi indipendenti dalla propria volontà; nel caso in cui la Masterclass non si potesse svolgere nelle date indicate, sarà tuttavia rimandato e saranno prontamente comunicate le nuove date.
ART. 8 CONCERTO FINALE
● Il Concerto finale si terrà il 1 Dicembre 2022, presso la prestigiosa sede del Circolo Alessandro Volta, a Milano.
● Il M° Alessandro Corbelli indicherà gli allievi effettivi che parteciperanno al concerto finale.
● OttavaNota e Accademia Cantoalato non si ritengono responsabili dell’eventuale impossibilità di svolgere il concerto in presenza del pubblico, a causa di motivi indipendenti dalla propria volontà. Il tal caso, il concerto avrà comunque luogo e sarà trasmesso in streaming.
● È opportuno munirsi di abito da concerto.
● Saranno invitati agenti e/o organizzatori.
● Gli allievi che a giudizio insindacabile del docente si saranno distinti nel corso della Masterclass per particolari doti artistiche, potranno essere inseriti nei programmi delle manifestazioni organizzate dall’Accademia Cantoalato, Associazione Euterpe OttavaNota, Associazione Amici della Lirica di Saronno “Giuditta Pasta”, Casa Verdi – Milano, DEMOCO.
● Gli allievi ritenuti idonei, potranno altresì essere segnalati a uno o più agenti che collaborano con Cantoalato.
ART. 9 ATTESTATO
A conclusione della Masterclass verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione a tutti gli iscritti che avranno frequentato il corso per intero. L’attestato sarà rilasciato dall’Accademia Cantoalato, Associazione Euterpe OttavaNota, col Patrocinio di DEMOCO.
ART. 10 COPYRIGHT e PROPRIETA’ INTELLETTUALE
● Accademia Cantoalato effettuerà la registrazione audio-video del concerto finale, che costituisce l’unica registrazione autorizzata per un utilizzo pubblico. Tale registrazione, integrale o parziale, potrà essere richiesta dai partecipanti e sarà pubblicata sul sito di OttavaNota. Lo stesso vale per i materiali fotografici.
● Accademia Cantoalato e OttavaNota detengono i diritti di distribuzione, divulgazione e utilizzo attinenti registrazioni audio, video, pubblicazioni e/o altro afferente alla Masterclass in oggetto.
● Sono ammesse registrazioni (audio o video) delle lezioni, solo ed esclusivamente per uso personale. Sottoscrivendo l’iscrizione si accetta la clausola esplicita di non diffusione di tali materiali audio o video tramite qualsiasi mezzo o strumento.
ART. 11 VIDEOREGISTRAZIONE E SERVIZIO FOTOGRAFICO
Verranno effettuati servizio fotografico e videoregistrazione del concerto, che saranno inviati a tutti i partecipanti.

The teaching staff will carry out an evaluation of the participants: students deemed suitable will be given the opportunity of an audition, free of charge, with M° ERNESTO PALACIO (Superintendent of the Rossini Opera Festival and the Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” of Pesaro) on December 227th, 2022.
REGULATIONS
ART 1. Who is the Masterclass aimed
• The Masterclass is open to Italian and foreign singing students and professionals, age limit 40 years
• Students are distinguished in:
– active students: 9 places available
– auditors: will be able to attend the lessons without being able to participate actively; may ask questions between classes.
ART 2. SPECIFICATIONS
• Lessons will take place from November 27th to December 1st 2022.
• Every student has the right of n° 1 Individual Lesson a day. At the discretion of the Teacher, the lessons can be managed in such a way as to allow the study of the ensemble pieces, according to an “agenda” that will be communicated the previous day.
• Students must be present for the whole day and every day, otherwise the certificate will not be issued and and will not be possible to sing and participate at the final concert
• The Masterclass will take place in Milan, Via Marco Bruto, 24.
ART. 3 PROGRAMME
• The Masterclass is exclusively dedicated to the opera “La Cenerentola” by G. Rossini
• Candidates must know their full role by heart.
• It is mandatory to know the recitatives that precede the arias, duettes, ensambles.
NB In the recitative, music is closely linked to the words of the speech; it is almost a rhythmic recitation, which allows the audience to understand the various situations of the story. The Masterclass also wants to deepen the “art of recitative”, where the word is more important than singing.
• The first day, according to the voice, may be assigned ensamle pieces.
ART. 4 COSTS
• Active students: 200€ for Registration fee; 420€ for Course Attendance*
• Auditors (for the whole course): 100€ for Registration fee + 120€ for Participation
* (For those who want to enroll in all 3 Masterclasses of the “Great Masters of Bel Canto” Cycle (fare link alla pagina dedicata; per adesso in quella in italiano, poi mettiamo quella in inglese), the total cost of each Masterclass is 590€ instead of 620€).
ART. 5 APPLICATION
• Registrations are open and close on November 10th, 2022
• If the applications exceed the established number of students, a selection will be made on the basis of the audio/video material sent.

• Within November 11th all applicants will be informed of the list of active students.
• Within two days of notification, the Registration fee must be paid and the payment receipt sent to: info@cantoalato.it
• The Attendance fee can be paid together with the registration fee, or strictly within a week before the start of the Masterclass.
• Subscribers must pay the Attendance fee no later than the dates indicated, even if the student abandons the course
ART. 6 TERMS OF PAYMENT
At the Ottavanota Secretariat open every weekday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in cash, credit card, debit card, cheque or Satispay.

ART. 7 MANDATORY RULES
• None of these payment will be given back or refunded, not even partially, in case of waiver by the applicant.
• In case of missing conditions for the starting of the Masterclasses, the paid registration fee will be returned.
• OttavaNota and Accademia Lirica Cantoalato are not responsible for any suspension of activities for reasons beyond their will; in case the Masterclass could not be carried out on the dates indicated, however, it will be postponed and new dates will be communicated promptly. As the Masterclass will take place, the refund of the registration and/or attendance fee cannot be requested.
• Every decision is at unquestionable discretion of the Teacher.
ART. 8 FINAL CONCERT
• The Final Concert will take places on December 3rd, 2022, at the prestigious Circolo Alessandro Volta, in the heart of Milan.
• The students who will participate in the final concert will be selected by unappealable decision of the Teacher M° Spagnoli.
• Ottavanota and Accademia Cantoalato are not responsible for the impossibility of performing the concert at the indicated venue and/ or in the presence of the public, due to reasons independent of their will. In this case, the concert will still take place at the Ottavanota Auditorium and the video recording of the concert will be published on the page of Accademia Cantoalato.
• Please get a concert suit.
• Agents and/or organizers will be invited.
• The students who, by unappealable decision of the Teacher, have excelled during the Masterclass for their special artistic qualities, will be included in the programmes of the music festivals organized by Accademia Cantoalato, Associazione Euterpe OttavaNota, Associazione Amici di Casa Verdi Milano, Amici della Lirica di Saronno, DEMOCO.
• Students considered suitable may also be reported to one or more agents who collaborate with Cantoalato.
ART. 9 Certificate of Attendance
At the end of the Masterclass a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all the students who have attended the whole course. The Certificate will be issued by dall’Accademia Cantoalato, Associazione Euterpe OttavaNota, under the Patronage of DEMOCO .
ART. 10 COPYRIGHT and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Accademia Cantoalato will make the audio-video recording of the Final Concert, which is the only authorized recording for public use. This recording, in whole or in part, may be requested by the participants and will be published on the OttavaNota website. The same applies to photographic materials.
• Accademia Cantoalato and OttavaNota hold the distribution, disclosure and use rights related to audio, video, publications and/ or other related to the Masterclasses.
• Recordings (audio or video) of the lessons are allowed, exclusively for personal use. By signing the Application Form of the Masterclass you accept the explicit clause of not broadcasting audio or video by any means or any tool.
ART. 11 VIDEO RECORDING AND PHOTO SERVICE
There will be a photo shoot and video recording of the concert, which will be sent to all participants.
